Studebaker rack

Got a big surprise this morning....friends picked up this rack for me at a fea market ( minus the cans ) last week . I've never seen one like this before , can anyone date it ?

I'll have to keep a look out for that missing sign....if it ever comes up i know it'll cost more then the rack did

Boy, that's a rare find. I've never seen one like it at any flea market, not even Hershey. Now I've got to keep my eyes peeled for one for myself.
