        Slim,

Does your cutout look anything like this?

I have this brand new (40-50 years old, but never been used) replacement cutout that lists '25 thru '37 Studebakers among it's many possible applications. I bought a bunch of OLD electrical parts some years ago and have sold most of it, but I knew I still had one cutout left of 30s vintage. While it lists '37 Studes among it's many apps, it doesn't list particular models. Frankly, from what I know about how this thing works - a cutout is a cutout. Anyway, it's available if you're interested. I don't know if that's a price that's written on the box flap or something else. I CAN see a very faint, but readable "S40A". I'm sure it's just Electra's own part number for this unit.

No deceptive flags to prove I'm patriotic - no biblical BS to impress - just ME and Studebakers - as it should be.
