  • 66 283 timing marks

Are the timing marks for the 283 engine in one or two degree increments?
Just curious as there are only 8 marks on the advance side of the tab.

As I recall from my misspent Chevy youth each line is 2 degrees.

The Chevy timing marks are in 2 deg increments. If I remember correctly, the timing should be set to 4 deg btdc. Bud
