Does anyone have a good cross reference number for starter on a 56 Golden Hawk with Packard motor? The 56 Golden Hawk interchange list showns a Delco 1107656 but the local NAPA store can't find it

These days at NAPA, if it isn't in the computer, they don't want to bother any further. Suggest going to a local auto electric specialty shop. Most cities have a couple of shops who do nothing but rebuild and sell automotive starters, alternators and generators. They will be able to find something for you or rebuild yours. Thnx, jack vines

We found a great guy here in Fayetteville that has rebuilt our starter, generator, wiper motor, and my Kubota starter as well! Ask around at the various auto parts stores or check with your local Stude chapter.

thanks for quick reply. I'm in a remote area of Virginia. NAPA, restaurant, Dollar Store is about all we have close. Most rebuilders are of business but there is one left in Richmond about 75 miles away and he might end up rebuilding it. thank again KenComment
