I found a neat explanation of how to calculate the proper back spacing for a rim on any car or truck:
Tirerack shows 13 tires in the 205/70R15 size.

I found both right and left hand Ford lug nuts at my local FLAPS.
I have and am running 215-75-15s on '02 Ford Ranger wheels, no rubbing.

The Ranger wheels have 8 oval holes in them, leaning to one side. They are 6" by 15" wheels. I've got some mid 60s lark wheel covers. The pix in my signature are the original 55's, but one walked off on the road and disappeared. I had the other covers and put them on, they don't walk, and look OK.
