  • Striping a parts car.

    Hi all,

You might have heard me open my fat mouth numerous times and say I got a '58 4 door parts car. Well, I'm tearing it apart, and I am saving most of it, but I might leave the front fenders on it, door pillers, ect. Does anyone think I should save these parts? The front fenders are in repairable shape, with one knocked in on the side abit, and the other rusted on the bottom. Both have rust on the inner front corners.

    Thanks,

    Dylan Wills

Dylan post some pics, that way others can help you pick out what to save. I have learned the hard way[B)] [}] [:I] save the little things. Especially if you feel there will be more studes in your future. Small clips and such, like the little barrel clips that go in on the ends of the headliner bows. I have several of these type drawers ( http://tinyurl.com/da3maz )full of Studebaker odds and ends just 'cause you will never know what you might need.

Ok, I'll try to do that. I'll be away this weekend, but I'll try to do it next week.
