Hey I have a 1959 Silver Hawk 259 v-8 car. I am rebuilding the motor but the block was painted Silver, Orange and Gold. That is what paint colors I can see. What is the CORRECT engine color for this Model car. Thanks Allan

From memory - silver block, heads, oil pan, Black valve covers, oil cap, generator, starter and air cleaner. Silver p/s steering pump and fan/water pump. That's from the 59 Lark, but I think they are the same. But someone here will know for sure on the 59 Hawk. Russ Farris1963 GT Hawk R-2 4-speed
