I found this in a 1971 life magazine The car drawn looks a lot like a 66 Studebaker. I thaught it was funny.

There is some similarity there!

Also reminds me a bit of a late '60s Ford Cortina:

Looks more like the Cortina than a Stude. In fact, the illustration is probably generic.

She be a British Vauxhall, mon. G.M. was a player and probably shareholder in Vauxhall. They would have used a line drawing from stock art work.

Looks more like a '62 or '63 Falcon to me...;)

I agree! It does look more like an FB series Vauxhall Victor than anything else.
