i just bought a 1953 lowey coupe and a 1957 silverhawk the lowey was already stripped but the silver hawk is all there and never been touched i was trying to find out what motor this was i know there was like three different motors in production on that car the only numbers i can find on the motor is on the front and they are

if anyone can help it would be appriciated
it is a 2brl v8

Those numbers are simply block casting numbers. At the very top, front of the block - between the driver's side head and the oil filler pipe, there's a number STAMPED (not cast) into the block. This will tell us what it is, although, by rights it should be a 289. If that number starts out with a P, quite likely that's what engine it is.;)

You should find a serial number on the driver's side front of the block. It will be stamped, not cast, and will most likely start with either a "P" or a "V", followed by some digits. That number will tell you what engine you have. If the Loewy coupe is a 1953 or 1954, it will have a 232 V8, and the serial number may be stamped in the rear on the passenger side of the engine next to the distibutor. That number would be six (or 5) digits with no alphabetical prefix.
