  • Congradulations to Ted Harbit

Today during the SDC membership meeting, Ted Harbit was awarded the Harry Barnes Award for promoting SDC,over the last year.
Ted was "speechless" and was very suprised to receive it.

I can not think of anyone more deserving of this!

as ive said in other threads, when i was 13 i met ted at muncie dragway he had ran the chicken hawk a run without the supercharger belt to see how a new cam was doing and he wa busy working out bugs, but he took every bit of 20 minutes to talk to a 13 boy about studebakers, it is no doubt one of the reasons i ever fixed my grandpas hawk.. none better than ted..
