Just received my "brand new" Carter WCFB from The Carb Doctor!

Carb is so gorgeous I almost feel bad putting it on the car! It'll sure class up the engine compartment, let me tell you [8D]

This is a 2214, a better application for my FOM-equipped Lark than the crusty old 2219 that's on there now (2219 was for stick and OD cars). Can't wait to get it on and cure the all-over-the-hemisphere idle I've been trying to even out.

    I just love shiny things

I like all the linkage plating and detail work. [] This is a "New" professional (reconditioned) rebuild right Clark?

On paper the WCFB SHOULD beat the new Edelbrock 500 cfm AFB clones for MPG, but time will tell if you can actually do it in real world Street/Interstate driving with today's fuel, but you will look cool trying!

Chuck, get ready to cry: I won the eBay auction for it at $166.00! Best deal on a carb I've ever gotten.

Rich, yes, this is a pro rebuild. I'm really happy with the workmanship!
