    Does anyone know where I can have the 6 volt horns repaired?

    What model/year? I have some spares that you can have for shipping costs, and they work fine... They are for a 51 Champion, but probably used for many model years.

      For horn repair, try Bill Randall at The Horn Shop, Rome, NY. 315-336-8841. He lists his hours as 9am-9 pm every day.

      Usually, you can get the horns working just by cleaning the points. You are supposed to use a point file, but a strip of 150 grit paper folded in half will clean them, then clean out the grit by putting a piece of plain paper between the points and pulling it through a few times. If you can get a few peeps out of it, you may also need to adjust the stop nut a fraction of turn in either direction until you get a sound you like.
