Trans dipstick tube bracket

I put a later model transmission pan in my 60 for the convenience of having the underhood dipstick but it doesnt have the bracket to secure it to one of the head bolts. Is that bracket a separate item or did it come tack welded to the dipstick tube itself?

It's a loose strap, Warren. Just slips around the tube.
