Don't know, if you want OEM sizes.
As far as making something work as best as it can....a "1" gauge is as small as I'd go. I would usea "0" cable on both positive and ground cables.
Having a few smaller grounds is a good thing also. Between the engine and frame and the body and frame. The more electronic goodies you have, the better things should be grounded.

factory cable was about a #4. Don't really need larger on a 12V system.
