  • question for Mr. Biggs

A few months ago you posted about using a Facet electric fuel pump in your truck--is it still working ok? Is it reasonably quiet? I am using a Holley pump and have had no problems but it sounds like a B52 when its pumping and I am thinking about changing to something quieter. A last question--what model is your pump?

    Thanks

Does anybody have any info on these Facet fuel pumps? Do they last with daily driving?

I don't have any experience with that pump specifically, but can say I totally agree with you on the Holley pump -waaaaay tooo noisy.

I've been running Carter pumps. They're much quieter, and I'd like to think that they may even be better made. Plus they don't require a pressure regulator.

I've seen them used as the primary pump with no know reliability issues.

          Thanks Russ,
I think I will go the Facet route and see what happens. The Holley work well but is just too loud.
