    Who repairs the horns for a 57 silver hawk?? I know they're the "point style" but wonder how to make em right.

    I took mine to my local auto electric shop. They said they normally didn't work on horns but would see what they could do. Now they sound wonderful.

    There is a guy who restores antique horns. (His idea of antique is early sixties GM and later.)
    I'll see if I can locate his info and update my post.

      I took my 56 champion apart and just started cleaning everything and filing the points. They work great. The trick is when they are a part you have to turn the adjustment screw to a point where they sound the loudest. Mine seem to take a lot of back and forth adjust to start working right, They were very very rusty. Really not that hard to do. Good Luck
