Nice GT. Looks like the starting of a Batmobile.

I think that Clayton is one lucky kid.

              Jealous?

              You bet.

This is exactly what my 17 year old son and I are doing to a '55 champion. He wanted a batmobile. Nothing says batmobile like a '55 with all the chrome painted and fins.

It should be finished enought to drive and register in a few weeks.

I never call this a bat mobile, to many others out there with the name and some are real junk only one Studebaker that I know of, this is just some thing we came up with since I had every thing, nice 62 GT, 53 trunk, 54 tail lights, 56 golden hawk fins and fin trim, 56 hawk hood, 56-61 hawk grille, 63-64 hawk head light rims, 300 hp 327 with 4 speed and 373 tt rear end.I call it my fighter jet, because that what sounds like with the exhaust that is on it. I will get better picture soon...Bob
