  • 56 Wagon Interior Light ???

I need to find a interior light above the drivers seat for a 56 Parkview at South Bend. What does it look like? Is it the same as other wagons. I have the housing but no cover or lens.
55degrees Friday and 60 degrees Saturday.

Carl also needs the rear portion of the driver's side rear quarter. Anybody got a fender with the portion that is shaped around the bumper intact? That would be the hardest part to make.
I am guessing that a section from a 57 or 58 would also work, even from a sedan. The front of his quarter panel looks good. He just needs a good patch for the rear 18 or 20 inches.

That'd be a bad guess. Besides the front clip- a '56 wagon is just a '54/5 Connestoga.
The rear quarter panel you'd want for it would be from a '54-'56 wagon, or a '53-'55 sedan.

A 56 dome light is the same for many years. They come up on ebay often. One just went off. Prices are all over the board it depends on the condition and I'm guessing the moon location!!!!! Hard to figure.

I figured we could smoke out a correct answer from this group about the fender. The rear quarter is one of the things holding up this project.
Any body got a piece of a 53-55 sedan or 54-56 wagon?
BTW I have no vested interest in this project. Carl was just showing us the repair he faces when we were at his house. This will be a cool little car when completed.
