I wonder what the story is on this car? Wish there was better pictures. If only it could only talk.

The one question is from NY. He answers it by saying that the shipping would be "$1300 or so." It is good that he added the "or so". I can't imagine a non-op being transported from CA to NY for any less than double that.

Our local chapter built a '64 Daytona hardtop drag car that we raced at Dover Drags. I think that the car still exists. That is one in NY for the guy in NY.

Well, I guess someone hit the buy it now for 3 grand. Hopefully it has a good home.:)

Wow, although it's none of my business, I wonder if it did really go for $3K, or if someone made an offer that was accepted by the seller. If that car went for $3K, I'm prouder than ever of my Strato Blue '64 Daytona HT purchase for $4,200!

I have a much better one than that for sale for $3000.00 no engine or trans was a 289 with 4 speed, it might be going on e-bay soon.but open to forum members if interested...Bob
