Easter Weekend Stude Sighting

Spotted this '50 Business Coupe Sunday.





I have not seen this car before. This was in Cosmos, MN. The car has Lark wheel covers on it, but looks stock otherwise. I think its got a '50 MN plate on the front too. Anyone from the Northstar Chapter know whose car this may be?
