Need a good working right front window regulator for a 64 hardtop [J] and/or covertible [L]. P/N 1360888. If no one has one to offer , will have to go with the rebuilt one from SI.

The 64 is by it's self according to the parts book. The 63 is a different p/n so we can probably assume it won't work.

Do you have a regultor at all? Is it just worn? I have had good results fixing worn sectors by building the teeth up with braze and then finish grinding them to the correct shape and keep them lubricated. I have known of driver's door regulators with this fix that have been working for years. If other parts of the regulator are bad, you can usually use parts from different regulators and keep the same mounting frame and arms.
