Manhiem Gold? I would not pay any attention to an unknown price guide!
They most likely have no idea what they are talking about.
Old cars Price Guide is the most accurate. [:0]

I think it means deduct 10 % for 6 Cly.
Notice they say add $500.00 for R1 engine, but they think the HP is a Std. 289 with 2 barrel, because they show it at 210! There is no "add for R2 engine" shown, no add for Power Shift or 4 Speed, they obviously do not have a clue. :(

The NADA Price Guide is the most Model specific accurate, (in part at least, because of JDP's help) but their prices tend to be Dealer oriented and higher. They show a '63 Daytona Wagonaire including R1 + 15% and 4 Speed + 15% at:
Low Retail: $7,313.00
Average Retail: $14,170.00
High Retail: $24,830.00

They also show the R2 and R3 Option. [:p]

I would agree with Rich about the Old Car Value Guide. It's what I use.
