  • Body tags of Hamilton

Here's the Canadian tags I've picked up thru the years. Craig - any insights?

The one Wagonaire tag had two streamers. One says "Sliding Roof" and the other reads "B/U/L" for back-up lites.

    1963 Cruiser
    1960 Larkvertible V8
    1958 Provincial wagon
    1953 Commander coupe
    1957 President two door

No deceptive flags to prove I'm patriotic - no biblical BS to impress - just ME and Studebakers - as it should be.

I believe Hamilton went to their own unique style starting in mid-'55 with the change to the wrap-around windsheild. That was when all the trim levels jumped by one digit.

Assuming all these are 65-66 cars, how do I discern which ones are which? Are any of these really late 66?

Any in the 10,000's is definitely from a '65. The third from the bottom COULD be from a late '66, unless you remember the car it came off of. The only other clue would be the paint color as other than black, there were no carry-over colors from '65. Even the Artic White was somewhat different than Astra White.
