  • Looking for an replacement engine....

    Hey Guys,
I am looking for a good running Lark 6 cyl, prefer 1959 or 1960... anybody have one they need to find a new home for? Perhaps left over from a V-8 or SBC swap?

I am in the Portland, Oregon area.

    Thanks in advance!!!

Too bad Chris, that you are not looking for a V-8, I am close enough to actually help you out! [:0]

Do you have a good engine for the nice Red '53 Commander 4 Dr. from the Donald Auction yet?

Chris~ I'll look around down here for you. If you should happen to find one not too far off of Interstate 5 (and/or HiWay 99 in Cali) ~ contact me. Sometime near the end of April I'll be heading your way from San Diego, and might be able to transport it for you. (more on that once it's final)

        OTOH~ I have one of Dad's OHVs here, if you're interested... [:0]

Hi Rich, yes I have a few of 232's to choose from but I am afraid I am going to have to live to be 100 to get everything done.

Hi Dave, that would be great, I'll shoot you an email.

Lincoln77 I saw that posting also. I just don't have an automatic car to trade.

BTW, this car, a 1960 lark 2 door sedan is ANOTHER "Peterson Lark" that found a new home. I think Bob was breeding them.

            Thanks!

              Chris,
I'm headed to California right after the Portland Swap Meet and will return a week or two later. If you find one along the I5 corridor, I'll haul it for you.
