      "Name" is about all, too.[|)]

      1957 Transtar 1/2ton
      1963 Cruiser
      1960 Larkvertible V8
      1958 Provincial wagon
      1953 Commander coupe
      1957 President two door

No deceptive flags to prove I'm patriotic - no biblical BS to impress - just ME and Studebakers - as it should be.

Many years ago (about 40), I put a v8 from one of those into my Champ wagon. The donor car was going to be turned into a 1/4-mile monster just like that. I wonder if that could be THE donor car

Sonny and I watched him run up near Buffalo a few years ago...

Early ex Pro-Mod.... Injected stroked SBC on alcohol (at that time).
              Super nice bux down racer...

              Has a paint matching golf cart as a chase/pit car...but it isn't a bulletnose...

              Talk about 'old school drags'...
I found a 'hole' in the chain link fence and parked there to get some action shots...

              That was a fun day.....
Rather than run down the fact that it isn't a pure Studebaker..
I'd rather celebrate the fact that he is a nice person (having met the man), and having seen the car perform (in person)..
He 'chose' to race something different.....
He didn't have to do that.....
I respect that attitude more than some others I see here and there...
              Hammer down dude!
