How rare is this 1954 Champion? If it was nearby I'd be all over it!

Bottom of the line Stude for 1954. Lots made, but most have been scraped by now.

It may be "rare" by some standards, but not collectible and (IMHO) not worth his BIN price. In fact, I don't think he can get $750 for it if and when he parts it out.

I do like the '53-54 4 door sedans and Land Cruisers, but these 2 door sedans look like an afterthought.

I would too. I don't see many two door sedans.

I would never put a cutting wheel to the top of a 53/54 C/K, this little devil would look much better with about 4" removed from the top.

Put a four-link with big meats on the rear and lower the whole shabang and produce a nose first rake.

Massage that goofy rear seam out and smooth the body and apply a decent paint job of your choice.

Put enough engine and 4-speed in it to melt the rear tires and you'd have on great street rod. Won't pass yourself on the way to the car show.

Oh yah, Headers and short glass packs.

It's offered at a buy it now or best offer price. I wonder how much it would cost to bring it to Florida? The shipping company usually fusses when a vehicle is non running.

Still years ahead of the design on the '54 Big Three.
Unfair to put it down because it's not a C/K or Land Cruiser.

But it can be done. Bill Krueger just moved a non-running Wagonaire from CA to AL for $985. I bet you could get it done for around $800.
