This one sure did WAY more than I would've guessed [:0][:0] Currently $9750 and still hasn't met reserve... If it's legit bidding, I wonder what it'd be worth without the damaged bed?!?

Must have had really good "maintaince" while hauling "The Drink"...

I apologize for starting a thread on a vehicle already the subject of a thread started by JDP titled, "2R truck values". I hadn't opened the thread, and having no idea what a "2R" is, I didn't make the connection...

Sorry to those that get upset by these things; it wasn't my stupidity, it was my ignorance that caused it [:I][B)]

Heck, don't worry about it. If people get upset over such petty stuff as this, we may as well fold our tent now.

Sometimes a few do get mad about these things; along with eBay references... fact is, though, I bet I make a few eyes roll sometimes about my lack of Stude knowledge too![:o)]

Case in point, my having no idea what "2R" means; or "C-K"; or most all of the model codes... maybe someday I'll learn this stuff...:(

Regarding trucks, I have learned "Champ"- that's the truck I want for myself...[8D]

Nah, I went to look at the pics and it's not a Champ, it says "7E7"... :D

Hope you didn't get excited about it after seeing what this "2R" supposedly is drawing (not to be confused with an "r2"[xx(])

Seriously, I'm thinking about one in the future; but am trying to at least get the Lark together before I buy another project- that's the reason I passed on the 56J with all the parts here in NY.

Bob, 7E7 IS a champ. And the nice thing about a Champ, is that it's compatible with your Lark.:D Doors, Windows, etc are all early lark. Along with many interior components. The engines are very similar as well.

Has anyone noticed the one-ton on e-bay. The one that's in Ft. Wayne In.? I wish it was closer. THAT'S a truck that I need. Of course, there would be some minor adjustments to do with gearing...
Ahhh... Dream a little dream...
