  • Wagonaire on CL Denver

Stumbled across a Wagonaire listing on Craig's List in Colorado.
Modified with a 1965 327/350hp. Any one know it?

Yep. It just finished it's second tour on eBay. Did $1675, reserve not met. Relisted with an opning bid of $4K, of course no bids.

I watched it pretty closely. It appears to have had a cheapie repaint- color change, with a quick fog inside the doors. Looks to have been brown or Rose Mist originally, and orange (!) at some point.

    Here's the last eBay listing:

Robert (Bob) Andrews Owner- Studebakeracres- on the IoMT (Island of Misfit Toys!)
    Parish, central NY 13131

"Some people live for the rules, I live for exceptions"- 311

"Do they all not, by mere virtue of having survived as relics of a bygone era, amass a level of respect perhaps not accorded to them when they were new?"

It's made three tours on ebay...thought the re-listing at 4K opening was weird after it didn't make the first sale reserve, went on again with the same 4K opening bid????
