59 Transtar (I mean Deluxe, of course!) Photos

My brother-in-law sent me these 2 photos from a job site he was working at in Nelson, BC (a small community in the SE part of the province). It is obvious that someone has done a great deal of work to fix up this '59 Deluxe - does anyone out there know of this truck or anything about it?
