I just wish to commend JDP for agreeing to cancel a purchase I had made on Ebay, as the item wasn't what I had thought, nor was it of use to me.

It was very decent of him, and puts him to some work relisting the item, for which I apologize.

It's all too easy to criticize a vendor, but not much is said when things go well, so good on you John.

For as long as I've bought stuff from him, I've always felt he had a pretty good handle on the Golden Rule.

It's not the having, it's the getting.

I only need one click to relist it, a lot less work then you and me shipping a glass bottle back and forth 12,0000 miles each way.:)

These are the good threads for guys just getting our feet wet in the worlds best Marquee...... Mustang parts are all over, you REALLY have to know who the good people are in this part of the Hobby, or suffer the wrath of the truly evil guys.

You can't get a better Studebaker person than JDP. Honest, above board and a generally nice guy to be in a club as a member and a vendor!!!!!

My best friend Julie sold me on the Karma thing and it works well. Treat folks right and it comes back to you big time. My pit crew at the International, friends working their ass off for nothing more the a beer (and they often buy the beer), that's what the hobby is all about.
You always owe more then you can pay back, but you have to try. It's the little things you remember, the fresh fruit from Bob, the top installation by Jeff, N8 rebuilding my fuel pump, generator and starter cores and on and on.
