Well you can always retype it. But if you type like I do that might be an all day affair and you would miss supper.

I've had that happen before. Typed a response to a topic, hit PNR and there it was - gone Vanished into the ether, so it did.

One way of "retrieving" or "undoing" the last function on your keyboard is to
push the "Ctrl" and "Z" buttons on your keyboard.
While holding the "Control" key down then press the "Z" key.
This goes back and restores the last key function you made. And if you keep hitting "Z" it will keep going back and back and back.
This usually works while doing any type of word processing.

I just go to the EDIT pull down window and hit "undo typing". It all magically reappears.

If you look at your edit pull down menu "Control Z" is the same thing as "undo typing"
