Daytona Parts Company in New Smyrna Beach FL will have as fresh a kit as you can buy. BP

I don't know where you are getting your information Paul, but all of us Studebaker Vendors at studebakervendors.com have been selling fresh NEW STOCK kits for many years, and that one is only $45.00! [:0]
Just the one in South Bend may be the only one that would have some NOS kits left after all these years, and many of those are not available anywhere else because they are either for very early models or they are the Carter Major Rebuild kits that have not been available in YEARS! [:0]

          Thank you all.
Sorry about my mistaken assumption about having old stuff at vendors.
