Here in Yakima, Wa., it's been a great fall; mild temps, sunny and dry. I've been driving my '64 Daytona HT (259, 4spd) daily since the 1st of September. I parked the Honda and have really enjoyed the '64- very comfy and fun, until the rains came Sunday! I know the trunk leaks, but after having parked it in the rain (outside the firehouse,while I worked my 48 hr. shift) I drove home this morning and opened the trunk. It was very wet in there, the mat is soaked,water sloshing around under the spare,etc.
SO- time the park it back in the garage until nice weather again! Guess this winter may be a good time to look at getting it painted and those rear fender seams sealed!
