I'd say it must run on either wine or beer, but am not sure which. Not an expert on either. But it looks like an opening for testing on the end of the barrel, which would lead me toward wine. Wheels don't match and the rear-view mirror is crooked, so apparently the owner partook of some of the fuel. I'm betting on the guy with the cap, the other one looks like the one who says "HEY! You can look, but don't touch!"
