Just got my 189th issue of Automobile Quarterly and Studebaker is the featured marque - Studebaker's Final Days - 1952-1970, by Patrick Foster. As usual, good writing and great photos. A few details with which to quibble, but thirty pages long and well worth the read.

I'd recommend ordering a copy ASAP.

Jack check out Auto Quarterly Vol 37 Issue#1 dated Oct 1997 also. There is a tremendous article on the Avanti> Who is the author none otherthan Mr. Patrick Foster. I've said it before and will say it again Pat is KRC's special guests at the 44th International meet. Know you are on the west coast but ti would be a trip worth taking. Pat will be in Lancaster from Wednesday at noon until Saturday actively involved in many of the planned activities.
