Without having it in my hand to examine it closly, it sure does LOOK like a '57 Clipper! The 1958 Packards were not Clippers you know, so they would not use the ship's wheel.
I believe the O.D. of the button does not fit the Detroit Packard horn rings, it is Studebaker size.
