4th Of July Best Of Class Winner

Cary Dietz "Dads Baby" and I with the Conestoga Chapter here in Northern Colorado entered the annual Northern Plains Car Show here in Wellington Colorado yesterday. I had our 50 Starlight Coupe and Carey brought his beautiful Packard Hawk.
We talked Studebakers all day with the large crowd and to top it off Carey walked off with a Best Of Class Trophy!

Congrats to Carey! In spite of the resurfacing murmurs regarding the P-Hawk's "catfish grin", the non-Stude crowd is usually very complimentary towards them.

One spectator walked up to my wife and said, "I just love that bad ass front end on your car!" What a kick!
