I received mine yesterday & while most of the information was available before, i did see some of the 67 proposals that I hadn't seen before with interior drawings. Also interesting was the financial reports of 66 & the years thereafter, especially his remark of how the company was only interested in the bottom line & not the reputation that Studebaker stood for year before. Enjoyable reading & laid out well with lots of illistrations. I feel its a very worthwhile addition to my personal library.

Hmmm how ironic.
I walked in the door from work today and my wife handed me this very book as an early Fathers' Day present.

As Warren stated, there are photos & a chapter for 1967 and after with photos of cars that may have been. Looking at some of the designs, one wonders if they would have influenced the "big 3's" designs of their autos that appeared had Studebaker survived.

As Jeff as said and was posted here two weeks ago. Pat's book is avaiable through the AOAI website and is shipped immediately unless you want it autographed. Of course if you bring your copy to LANCASTERpe in SEPTEMBER you can have a personal conversation with Mr Pat Foster himself as he will be there by invatation of the Keystone Region and myself. He will be available to discuss with you this book and if of course you'd like another copy he will be more than willing to accomodate request. You shoulda seen her response upon reading your flattering comments. It was the old clasping the chest, a big grin and the face turned red.[:X] You made her day if not week. I will admit, she is a very patient and understanding person. She keeps her ears and eyes open to what interests me and then surprises me with items like this book, that I would have never thought of buying.
