window rubber replacement

I have a 55 comm. coupe removed old rubber in the rear window vents now how do i replace the new rubber is there a trick?

To remove the old rubber, you needed to unrivet the hinges and latch.
To install new rubber, you need to fit it in to the frame, then insert the window and re-rivet the hinges and latch. SI has the chrome-headed rivets.

No tricks involved.
