Carpeting

I am installing carpeting in my 1947 M-5 and wonder if any of you have any ideas on what to use for door sill plates.

Sure, buy some door carpet strips from Home Depot, or some counter trim or the like.

I had a trim border sewn on mine and used a strip of velcro, worked real good, without a sill plate.

Thanks all. I found some aluminum carpet trim that polished up nicely and looks good. I do have a trim border around the carpet but wanted it tied down along the doors as my big feet kept moving it. I also found out that nobody younger than me except Matthew knows what metal counter trim is, at least in Tucson.
