Are front ends, fenders, hoods, grilles, etc interchangeable on mid 50's C/K coupes?

The short answer is yes...but it would be best if you explain specifically what you want to do.

I have a 57 but would rather have the front end of a 53-55 coupe.

'53-54 will be the same, but the grille changed in '55.

Like Guido says...53 and 54 are essentially identical (slightly different grill bars). 55's are quite different. 53/54 C/K front ends are VERY difficult to find. I believe you can reuse your front fenders. You'll need the hood and front sheet metal between the fenders as well as the grill surrounds and grill bars. Good grill surrounds are $1k a pair and up if you can find them. Grill bars on '53's were also used on sedans, but are also getting difficult to find. '54 grill bars were unique on the 54 C/K's and are unobtanium like the grill surrounds.
