We have been to Studebaker meets in the rain, cold, hot weather and tornados. But never have we went to one in the snow. We went to Middle Tennessee Studebaker meet this past weekend. We left Oklahoma thursday morning it was suppose to start snowing about noon. So we would be ahead of it. Spent the night in Jackson, Tn. Filled up in Dickson, Tn. the rain was freezing on the car. Drove on to Shelbyville, Tn for the meet. Got the car inside the building for the show. Looked outside it was snowing. Sarurday the snow was mostly melted off by noon. But we had a great time. Would like to have seen more Cars. But I guess we are the only nuts that the weather doesn't bother. We have been going to Middle Tennesse for so long they are just like family. Got to see Cabrina's Cruiser [she post on here sometimes] What a fun gal.

Hi ST2DE5!

I'm happy to see you and your wife made it back to Oklahoma safe and sound. I really enjoyed meeting you both and swapping Stude tales! It was so cold the batteries on my digital camera kept acting up but here is a nice shot of your sharp looking business coupe.

In case, everyone thinks you are exaggerating about the snow just look at the stuff still sitting on my car after about thirty miles of driving.

Plenty of good food, fun and fellowship. Washed the salt off my baby yesterday so she's ready to cruise.

You got into the same snow storm I posted about on another thread. We were lucky here with only a couple of inches of accumulation. Some counties west of us had from 12 to 18 inches with a coat of ice underneath. It really snarled things for a while. I would not want my Studes out in that.
