  • 1949 champion convt

    Restoring a 49 Champion convt and really need an owners manual.Have not been able to locate one.
    Can anyone help?

    I am not sure how much help an owners manual will be to your restoration. If you do not already have them, a shop manual and body and chassis books will be of much greater value.

                    I haven't seen the '49 OM listed by Stude Vendors. If you can find it, it will probably require a want ad in TURNING WHEELS or a visit to a Studebaker swap meet.

                    Richard Quinn often offers these on Ebay. Don't know if he has any for 1949.

                            Like Guido - I doubt you're gonna learn anything that will help with the Resto of the car! Cute to have in the glovebox tho.[:I]
