It looks like a nice car for the money. For most, it has too many doors and too few cylinders.
Reminds me of the white four door 1964 Commander that I owned, except mine was a V8 with standard transmission that I had shipped up from New Mexico.Gary L.

That looks like a Nice little Commander 6. For a Commander it is really LOADED!
Flight-O-Matic full 3 Speed, low gear start Aluminum Trans.
Tinted Windshield
Climatizer System
P/B Deluxe Radio
4 Headlight Option
Deluxe Horn Ring Steering Wheel
Electric Clock
Cigar Lighter
Parking Brake Warning Light
Rear Bumper Guards
Chrome Locking Gas Cap
It MAY have Backup Lights as well!
Looks like a Daytona Repro Seat Cover Set and added Carpeting.
I think the Left Front Door is off of a '63 in Ermine White, it contrasts with the '64 Astra White, which has more Gray (Black pigment) and less Yellow.Last edited by StudeRich; 02-28-2019, 09:55 PM.StudeRich

Wait, wait, wait, wait... it's a Commander and a six??? My record just skipped.
Nice car for the money, however a six auto is a pretty sloooooow car. Wouldn't mind having it all the same.

Have you forgotten Ron, that you COULD have ordered a '64 Challenger, Commander or EVEN a Daytona with the 170 Skybolt OHV Six!
in Canada!
A '64 Challenger, or Commander could also have a Six, 259, 289, or 304 R3 or R4 IF you ordered it well before the Line shut down!StudeRich

One had to wait until the 1965 model year to be able to buy a six cylinder Cruiser. (Unless some were produced for sale outside North America, like the G.T. Hawks were.)

To my knowledge, no one has tabulated all the 1964 Cruiser production orders as of yet for both US production and Canadian production, including ones marked 'CKD'. Until we see all 1964 Cruiser production orders accounted for and the engine it came with, I don't want to make a bold statement that no six-cylinder 1964 Cruisers were produced.
