  • Rear Axle: Does anyone reproduce/sell Twin Traction tag for Dana 44 differential?

The aluminum Twin Traction tag on my differential long ago corroded away. Does anyone reproduce and sell these tags? Does anyone have a used one they would care to sell?

    Thanks.

I can probably make one as I am able to make the body tags.

Here is a picture of the tag from the Avanti Authenticity Manual. It reads "TWIN TRACTION AXLE" on 1st line; "SERVICE AND LUBRICATE" on 2nd line; "ACCORDINGLY" on 3rd line.

The small "45C" and other Alpha's actually indicate a TT, not all, especially older than '63 Studes. had the Large Lube Tag.

If the letters are that small I don't have stamps that are that size.

Find an old "Addressograph!" Remember those? Used in the 60s-80s for making address plates for business mailings. As a kid, I loved playing with the one at our church.
