I only got a 48%. Thought I knew my cars a little better than that! I got the Fords correct more often, and I did at least get the Studebakers correct.

I did take a couple of minutes. I do not remember doing this test before (Craig may prove me wrong). I zipped through them. This reply is probably taking as long. The test seems too easy for me as I grew up with these cars and owned some of them. I got a score of 100%.

EDIT: I went to the link that Craig provided in post #2 and see that I did not do this test before.

I got 100%. Had to think about 55 - 56 Fords. Boy, GM sure made some ugly, chrome laden land barges in 1958!

The Chrysler Corporation, on the other hand, had some of the most gorgeous examples from Virgil Exner Sr.

91% but I wasn't even born when half of these cars were made and wasn't older than three when the newest one's on the test were built. Are we grading on an "age curve?" :D

I got 95% Mixed up '55 and '56 Fords and '55 and '56 Nomads. I don't how I missed the Nomads the correct answer was obvious. I guess I got in too big of a hurry.

I got 100% but some were the result of actually knowing only 3 out of the 4. If I had seen that 4th one standing alone I probably wouldn't have guessed correctly.

96%. I had a bad feeling about the Cadillac fins -- and I was right -- I got two of them wrong.

If you are referring to the '61 and '62, some might be confused by the fins, but the big difference in the rear taillight assemblies should point out the difference.

Exactly what happened to me. I was confidently cruising through the test as it's in my wheelhouse and didn't take the time to look closely enough.

95%, 61-62 Cadillac hasn't been near me much, even thou I almost bought one in the mid 90's, but when I stopped it & my pal was standing looking he noticed the whole nose / front of the car dipping & then he showed me...

It appears Cadillac (which started the fin craze) also stumped a more than a few who played it three years ago.

Those were the ones. I guess I never cared enough about that vintage of Cadillac to pay close enough attention. Never wanted a car that only came with automatic.

I see I got 100% last time so I won't risk trying again. I'm pretty sure my memory is not improving!

I got 100%. It was pretty easy, especially because of the way the test answers were laid out.

96% I got the 61 and 62 Cadillacs reversed. Oh well, no one in my family owned Cadillacs. ;)

Have a complaint about these tests a few of the cars are not stock wrong wheels and paint jobs the Nomad with different color surrounding the chrome strips on tailgate is example. I like the stock ones. All have more style than current crop of same few colors same shape cars. Glad I lived thru the age of color and different look for each make more style. Will give new cars the nod on performance and mileage the old big cars did ride well and have a lot of room inside and in trunk

I got a 91%. Those dag-gum 55 and 56 Fords tripped me up well and good. At least I managed to get all of the Independents right.
