Stude Shoo-wop!

Well, I had the opportunity to go over to the Miami Auto Expo a couple of months ago. Being me, I gravitated towards the classic section (no Studebakers there unfortunately). I got the bright idea to do an impromptu, quickie review on my two favorites and brought them here for you! Please comment on the actual Youtube page, as it would better help me out in showcasing more lovely classics in the future. Thank you very much!

Nice video Jake: The Volvo was actually the 1800S. Simon Templar was played by Roger Moore. 23,993 Volvo 1800S were built from 1964 through 1968. The 1965 1800S cost around $4,000 to purchase. Top speed of the 1800S was between 107 to 112 mph, 0 to 60 mph in 11.2 second. Hope you post more videos

Thanks!
I have a friend that still has the 1972 Volvo 1800 that she bought new. She has only owned new Volvos from 1959 to 2019 models.

The P1800 was built by Jensen the first year but there was earlier plans about doing it together with Aston Martin & then maby even use their driveline!
Then the car would actually have been the sportcar it looked like but never was.
While working in the Volvo factory one picked up words...
