The '64 Champ PU I'm considering purchasing has no "Champ" emblems on the doors but has "Studebaker" emblems on the front fenders. Is this correct?

I just flipped through about 50 pictures of Champs on google. Almost every one had Champ on the door. Not one had Studebaker on the fender. It was about 50/50 on the belt line trim being installed.
The early Larks have Studebaker on the fender. Perhaps a front clip swap?
Or a design choice by previous owner?
Or a timely rust repair option, which you now don’t have to do yourself?sals54

I am not a Champ expert and have not owned one, but I do not believe this to be correct.
I would check the Serial Number/Model info. to be certain of the year. 1964s were only built for a few months.
Check to see if the front fenders have been replaced.Gary L.

We have two Champs in our family my son Peter's is an 8E7 built October 63. It has the standard Champ emblems on the doors. Mine is a 6E5 built in December 1960 and it had door and fender replacements so that the passenger door has no holes for the Champ emblem and instead a past owner glued it on the side. My point is that since Lark fronts were the same, when people needed to do repairs, they simply looked for a fender and/or a door or a hood. Plus over fifty years we tend to customize to our own liking. I expect that is what happened here.
