I need a complete rebuild for a DG 200 transmission that goes in my 1951 Starlight coupe with a 232 V8 engine. Where can I purchase the parts? Also will a automatic drive from a 1952 6 cyclinder engine fit a V8?

Look at the tags.
There were three series DG 150 ,DG200 and DG250 with some variations.
More than likely the one from the 6 cylinder is a DG150 which is lighter duty.

I got a good rebuild kit for my DG250M from Northwest Transmission in Ohio. Reasonably priced and very complete. You can find them online.

As Mr. Kapteyn indicated, the 6 cylinder used the light duty DG150; not possible nor desirable behind the 232 V-8.

Rebuild kits are also available from FATSCO. https://www.fatsco.net/3-band-borg-warner.html

Had DG 150 overhauled not long ago and Studebaker International had everything needed.
