Need a Provincial script for the rear quarter of my wagon.

  • #2
All of those special scripts for '56 and '57 wagons are getting pretty tough to find.
    Good luck.

Depending on where it is you are putting it- I'm trying to picture how it would look.
For '57- it's only supposed to be on the front fender.

Right right-- I haven't seen a '58 in so long- I completely forgot about those.

        My bad....

Wouldn't it be pretty easy to get that 3-d printed? Would need an original to scan, but after that its just a question of chrome paint on plastic.

That might be my next move.

If you do get a scan made, please make the file available to the group: or, print up a bunch of them and sell them :-)

They're still out there - I picked one up in Dunkirk last year (or maybe the year before) for what I thought was a reasonable price ($25 or $30, if I remember correctly). Sorry, but I'm keeping it as a spare for my 58.

How nice does it need to be? I may have one hiding in my stash of stuff. I'll check tomorrow.

I may be able to come up with a used one.

I have been looking for Broadmoor scripts for several years now and noda. The folks at SI said when they moved the stuff in SB there were a couple of NOS ones in a box but when they got to the new location they were mysteriously missing. Good luck. The museum does have drawings and I have been thinking of trying to make some.
